The homestay is conveniently situated in a shopping area near the night market. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.- My stay was perfectly pleasant, thanks to everything provided. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Really enjoyed pretty much everything, nothing to complain about. Lovely and amiable staff. The room was cosy, with comfortable bed. Included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets, all very handy.

The location is marvellous next to eateries, night market and city center, and the rooms are cosy...

The accommodation is nice, rooms are incredible. Location is particularly good, just 5 mins walk to Museum of Trade Ceramics.- City centre is just a short stroll away from the venue.- Thanks for a fairly nice stay, would like to stay here on the next trip.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got great value. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close enough to the old town but away from the tourist crowds. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety to choose from.

The room at Sunrise Homestay was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful tile floor that added a touch of elegance. The cable TV kept us entertained during our downtime, and the air conditioning ensured a pleasant temperature. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I didn't prefer the shower in the private bathroom. Others might still enjoy it, though.

The lady who owns this place was very nice and helpful. Sometimes nobody was around to help us out in that particular moment, but we just left a note at the front desk and things got taken care of. The location is great, with some great small restaurants and cafes on the same street. It's just a 5-minute walk to the old town and shopping area, and a 20-minute bicycle ride to the beach. I had a good experience at Sunrise Homestay. I would recommend it to others.

The rooms at this homestay are fantastic! the beds are comfortable, the sheets are clean and sweet-smelling, and the robes provided are handy. They even provide free bicycles, which is great for exploring the area. On top of that, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient with nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Felt secure and the staff was always willing to help with any requests.

our recent stay in hoi an was amazing, thanks to sunrise homestay. the location was perfect - close to the city center but still quiet. the staff were helpful, even taking us to a doctor. we loved having hbo in our room for rainy evenings. plus, the option to rent motorbikes and leave our bags at reception on the last day was really convenient.

wifi was unreliable.

There are also several good eateries in close proximity, making it easy to find affordable meals. the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering the use of their shower and towels after check-out. the facilities are well-maintained and the rooms are comfortable.

The communication with the host can sometimes be challenging.

Clean place with mind-blowing facilities like free bicycles, spare raincoats/umbrellas, and hairdryer when asked. Super friendly staff who speak good English and offer shopping/cooking sessions. Staff helped us book the bus to Hue. Awesome location near historical center, cheap price. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Jaw-dropping open kitchen for buying fresh fruit without mess. Great room with perfect AC and bathroom. Super convenient walking distance. Definately would stay again!

The single room at Sunrise Homestay in Hoi An was amazing! The tile/marble floor gave it a cool and luxurious feel. The cable TV was perfect for cozy nights in. The air conditioning kept me comfortable throughout my stay. The private bathroom with the shower was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The wardrobe in the room was super convenient for organizing my clothes.

I personally would have liked a double room with cable TV, but that's just my preference.
